We all need breaks. If you aren’t incorporating breaks into your life, you need to. There are a number of benefits you’ll realize when you take the time to simply step back. You may need to recharge your battery. You may want to focus on something else, something you truly love. You may want to sit on the beach and sip Coronas. I like that last one.
